Having commenced his legal journey under the tutelage of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, Mr. Ashokkumar has led legal verticals for top-tier entities such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Daimler Financial Services, Equitas Small Finance Bank, and Jana Small Finance Bank.
His pioneering initiatives in SARFAESI enforcement, IBC litigation, arbitration, and recovery jurisprudence have become benchmarks in the legal collection ecosystem.
Recognized for his strategic foresight and litigation acumen, Mr. Ashokkumar has also spearheaded process reforms in legal operations—standardizing cost-efficient dispute resolution and minimizing portfolio risk across multiple jurisdictions.
In 2024, leveraging his decades-long experience and proven network in the legal and financial sector, Mr. Ashokkumar launched SAN LAW PARTNERS LLP, a full-service firm dedicated to bridging legal strategy with commercial outcomes.

With over 11 years of distinguished experience in civil, corporate, and banking litigation, Mr. K. Siva Raja Pandian stands at the forefront of strategic legal advocacy and institutional development at SAN LAW PARTNERS LLP. As Co-Founder and Senior Partner, he brings a blend of sharp legal insight, practical litigation strategy, and an unwavering commitment to client success.
A graduate of Central Law College, Salem, and holder of a Master's Degree in Business Law from Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai, Mr. Pandian embarked on his legal career in 2010 with a clear vision: to build a practice defined by integrity, precision, and performance. Over the years, he has cultivated deep expertise in dispute resolution, arbitration, SARFAESI matters, and corporate legal advisory—counseling leading banks, NBFCs, and corporate entities.
Early in his career, Mr. Pandian established a reputation for hands-on litigation—from drafting pleadings to arguing complex matters before the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT/DRAT), Land Grabbing Special Court, State Consumer Forum, and Co-operative Societies Tribunal. His advocacy spans multiple legislations, including the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Negotiable Instruments Act (Sec.138), SARFAESI Act, Companies Act, and various laws governing contracts, consumer rights, revenue, and services.
Mr. Pandian has led numerous high-stakes litigation and recovery mandates, notably for clients such as Equitas Small Finance Bank, Axis Bank, Cholamandalam Finance, L&T Financial Services, and Incred Finance. His approach—marked by speed, strategy, and legal rigor—has resulted in faster recovery cycles, favorable interim orders, and decisive outcomes.
A key innovation under his leadership is the establishment of a time-bound Arbitration Framework at SAN LAW PARTNERS LLP, leveraging the expertise of retired High Court and District Judges. This model enables high-value arbitrations to be completed within 91–99 days, followed by swift execution of awards—setting a benchmark for efficiency.
His practice also encompasses pre-litigation strategy, due diligence, property registration, commercial suit filing, and Lok Adalat representation. Known for his mastery of procedural law, Mr. Pandian is frequently consulted for legal opinions, demand notices, contract drafting, and court-centric planning.
